Our family of five (2 parents, 1 young adult, 1 teen, and 1 child) loved the location and size of the room. A lot of suites we've stayed in at other hotels have felt skinny and cramped, but the layout here was a lot better. We had plenty of room to get around and stretch out without being on top of each other. Staff was friendly and professional. It was very clean and well-kept. It was fairly easy to get in and out from the road, easy to find, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. We were right near the road, but the noise level wasn't bad at all.

My sister and I took my elderly mother and cousin to Pigeon Forge as a Mother's Day gift. Pigeon River Inn had only a short walk from the door to the elevator and our room was the first one after we got off the elevator even though I had forgotten to ask for a close one. Mom loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks. It is so close to everything and we could feel free to go knowing that if Mom got tired we could get her back in a few minutes.

Rhonda

While the room itself was clean and comfy we did find a roach climbing up the wall behind the tv. That was unsettling. We worried that there would be more and get into our luggage. We didn’t complain about it because we didn’t see another after that The buffet for breakfast was just ok. They could use some improvement there with options.

The location is spot on. There is a light to make a left onto parkway, just use the side road. The pool while small is well taken care. Breakfast is ok and could use additional choices which could include yogurt and other fresh fruit. The room are large and spacious and the water pressure is more than enough. Oh and no bugs!

Jimmy

The room was clean and comfortable. It sits on a creek but we didn't pay for a room overlooking the creek. Not really in walking distance to much. It is right across the parkway from Apple barn. Just down the street from Wonder Works.
